This beautiful black czech crystal necklace features a British 1956 sixpence, luxe keshi pearl and pearl and black crystal drop.
The sixpence is known as the lucky coin. During the early 1600's it was customary for the Lord of the Manor to give his bride a piece of silver as a wedding gift. This was symbolically represented by a sixpence coin and that tradition of the sixpence as a symbol of good luck continues today.
The total length of the necklace is 74cm (37cm from the neck) and the coin and the pearl drop measures 7cm.
