Brand Leoni & Vonk

This beautiful necklace features a sterling silver with rose gold cartouche watch fob pendant on a rose gold plate on sterling silver bead link chain. It is hallmarked Birmingham 1931 with the makers mark for William Adams. A totally unique and stunning necklace. 

A fob is an adornment or a seal that hung from the ribbon or chain of a Gentleman's pocket watch. Its purpose was to decorate or add weight to the watch chain. Watch fob pendants were often given as prizes or to commemorate a special occasion or event. This particular pendant is rare as it is blank on both sides.

The fob measures 4.5cm x 3cm (including the bail). The total length of the chain is 70cm.
