These stunning earrings feature 1930's Venetian lampwork foil beads, handpicked with care and love by us in the antique bead shops in Venice. We have created a totally unique pair of earrings with these beads, crystals and freshwater pearls on heavily gold fill hoops.
Lampwork beads are handmade by blowing and shaping molten glass over and through a torch, using tools and hand movements to form amazing and intricate designs. This glasswork technique is alive with mesmerizing colors and fascinating details.
The total length of the earrings is 5cm, the diameter of the hoop is 2cm.
Gold fill has the same desirable properties and look of solid gold. It won’t tarnish and will not rub off. If treated with care gold filled jewellery can be worn daily without fear of fading or rubbing off.
