If you have a change of mind we have a 7 day return policy where you can return your item for an exchange, store credit note or refund. However if you do have a change of mind and wish a refund you MUST contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the order. The jewellery must be in its original packaging and be in perfect condition. If you do not contact us within 48 hours we will only be able to offer an exchange or store credit. All sale items will only be offered an exchange or store credit note.

For health reasons earrings CANNOT be returned unless faulty.

You may return a faulty item for a full refund. You must contact us within 7 days at with full details of why you wish to return the item and why you believe it is faulty. Photos would be useful. Once the faulty item is received back by us you will be offered a full refund or store credit. All refunds will be transfered back to the original payment method ie PayPal.

ALL returns must be by a trackable or signed for delivery service ie Registered Post.
